As President of JC Group Inc., a Project Management and Property Management corporation, Jerry Cybalski successfully leads a team of professionals dealing with residential, commercial, land, retail, and office developments throughout Ontario, Canada and Eastern U.S.A.

Jerry Cybalski has been very active in all aspects of development and construction since the early 1960s. He has developed residential subdivision and plazas through joint ventures, management agreements, or acquisition. The experience gained through this time includes initial identification of prime development areas and subsequent acquisition, as well as processing of plan approvals and construction.

Over the years, the company has been involved in development and construction projects in a number of communities throughout Ontario. Jerry Cybalski has also constructed units for the Ontario Housing Corporation for both family and senior citizen apartments. Besides JC Group Inc., Jerry Cybalski has been involved in various operations such as a component factory to prefabricate homes, a plumbing company, a car leasing company, a sewer and road construction company, and a golf course operation in Florida, to name a few.

Today, under Jerry Cybalski’s leadership, JC Group Inc. and its affiliate corporations continue to provide construction services for the residential, commercial, retail, and office development needs in the construction industry. As well, JC Group Inc. also continues to diversify to meet the ever changing needs of today’s markets. Our services include general contracting, construction/project management, design/build and engineering services, leasehold improvements, renovation/additions, custom homes, insurance work, project feasibility studies, elemental construction budget for financing, space design services, space feasibility studies, building maintenance, and development management services from inception to completion.
