As President of JC Group Inc., a Project/Property Management and umbrella corporation, Jerry Cybalski successfully leads a team of professionals dealing with Commercial, Retail, and Office Development throughout the Waterloo Region, Ontario, and the U.S.A.

Jerry Cybalski has been very active in all aspects of development and construction since the early 1960’s.  He has developed residential subdivisions through joint ventures or acquisition.  The experience gained through this time includes initial identification of prime development areas and subsequent acquisition.

Linda Kutz

Office Manager and Designer

Linda Kutz, office manager of JC Group Inc., working under the tutelage of her father, Jerry Cybalski.  Linda has been working with the company since 2004 and has been actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s business.
